L’AIR DE PARIS

“L’Air de Paris” exhibition features the stories of artists who experienced Paris, which led to a turning point in Turkish Contemporary Art. Based on the liberating dynamics experienced by Turkish artists who crossed the road from Turkey to Paris, the capital of art, between 1945-1968, the exhibition, curated by Necmi Sönmez, consists of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, photographs and sketches, as well as exhibition posters, letters and documents of the artists.
